Development of a 500m2 Agricultural facility (D1 Use) providing educational benefits to primary, secondary and higher education pupils. Using traditional materials, including an oak frame, the development is to be run as a commercial agricultural facility with a range of animals and crops. Classroom and associated facilities accommodation are provided on-site to address the Government policies of creating better links with schools and the rural economy.
