Planning Permission was sought for a small extension to a well-established children’s day care nursery within the town centre.
The Planning application needed to balance the need for the extension, with the impact on neighbouring properties as well as the existing building. Considering the effect of the proposals on the character of the area and any highways issues was balanced with the economic needs of the existing business.
