Demolition of existing general industrial unit for four terraced dwelling houses


Our clients approached us partway through their planning application as they were running into several issues, including vocal neighbour objects, in obtaining approval for their proposed scheme.

Taking a holistic view of the site, the issues, the proposals and the relevant policies we worked pro-actively with our client and the local planning authority to successfully gain consent for their preferred scheme.

We were subsequently retained for a further application, as works were underway on-site, to increase the ground floor footprint of the houses to create an additional living area, which again was granted approval.
