Sub-division of B8 storage building into two separate units, with the creation of additional mezzanine office space


We were approached after our client had submitted their application to the Council. The application was unable to be validated due to a lack of information and there were several aspects where it was unclear what was being applied for.

Plande were approached, initially to produce a planning statement to support the proposals (as this was one of the validation requirements) however it soon transpired that the original submission was not actually seeking approval for the entirety of the clients’ requirements. We were then appointed to provide a fully managed service and act as Agent for the application.

The application package, including drawings and description, was amended. Supporting information was developed to justify the keys aspects, particularly the highways considerations.

Not only was the application validated but the application was approved quickly and without further revision or amendments.
