Our client places adults with mental health challenges in a small residential unit, to promote their recovery with a view to introducing them down to independent living. The applicant provides a range of support for the residents in the normal day-to-day activities to help them look after themselves.
Plande successfully justified that the proposed use fell under Class C3b and no planning permission for a change of use to Class C2 or Sui Generis was required.
