Our Managing Director was employed by a regional House Builder and has submitted, and obtained approval, for hundreds of houses in across a wide range of residential development, including minor and major planning applications, in different parts of the country.

We have been involved with many issues including houses outside of settment boundary schemes, arguing on five-year housing land supply issues, NPPF, affordable housing, Section 106/ CIL issues, ApartmentsMixed Use,  greenfield and brownfield sites, new build, changes of use and conversion projects among many others.
